Welding and Fabrication Training
Career College of Northern Nevada is a private career college located in Sparks, Nevada, just minutes away from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains. We offer both diploma and Associate of Occupational Studies programs for students ready to begin their career or simply change their life for the better. Our campus is one of the most modern and complete educational facilities of its kind in the northern Nevada region. Designed specifically to meet the educational needs of our students, the CCNN campus consists of classroom and laboratory areas, a library, student lounge and administrative offices.
Employment of welders, cutters, solderers and brazers is projected to grow 4 percent from 2014 to 2024, slower than the average for all occupations. Despite slower-than-average employment growth, skilled welders with up-to-date training should have good job opportunities. The basic skills of welding are similar across industries, so welders can easily shift from one industry to another. The nation’s aging infrastructure will require the expertise of welders to help rebuild bridges, highways, and buildings.
At Career College of Northern Nevada, you’ll receive the in-depth, hands-on training you need to succeed in the growing field of welding and fabrication.
